Family Style Option:

1st Course.      Fresh assorted greens with mushrooms, black olives, Italian cheeses, tomatoes, and peppers; topped with Salerno’s award winning homemade Italian dressing. Served with hot homemade garlic bread.

2nd Course.     Is a combination of many of the Salerno’s favorite entrees served on large platters. Chicken Mela – boneless chicken breast sautéed in Mogia (Sicilian olive oil steeped in the sun with Italian spices) a recipe handed down for generations.  Shrimp Nena – large shrimp marinated in Mogia and sautéed. Steak Salerno - choice strip steak charbroiled and severed with a creamy, butter, garlic sauce. Lasagna - layers of wide noodles, homemade Italian sausage, ground beef, succa (a slow simmered sauce of tomatoes, herbs and spices. Grandma’s recipe), ricotta cheese, Romano cheese, and mozzarella; baked to a golden brown, and bubbling. Spaghetti - a bowl of pasta with succa homemade hand shaped meatballs, and fresh Italian sausage. Eggplant Parmesan: – fried eggplant covered in succa and cheese. 

3rd Course.      A combination of desserts. Cake of the Cow – layers of yellow cake with a chocolate pudding filling, and whip cream. Topped with crushed cookies and a fruit garnish. Grandma’s chocolate pie – dense chocolate pie that will melt in your mouth with a light flaky homemade piecrust. Cannoli – Crisp, deep fried pastry shell filled with sweetened whipped ricotta cheese, and whipped cream, an Italian favorite.

Family style dinner:   $24.95 per person (plus tax) and 20% gratuity

Children (age 6-12): $9.50

Children (under 6):    Free

Carafes of wine:        $19.00   (serves 5-6 glasses)

Dinner Option #2:

A second option for a less formal dinner would be a two entree buffet dinner.

1st Portion: The first portion of the buffet table will be set up with fresh greens, black olives, mushrooms, Italian cheese, tomatoes, peppers, and Salerno’s award winning homemade Italian dressing.

2nd Portion:

• Followed by two hot entrees:

1.  Home baked Lasagna
2. Grilled Chicken with our world famous orange basil cream sauce
3. Pecan Breaded Chicken with our world famous orange basil cream sauce. ($1 per person extra)

• Choice of fresh vegetables (varies according to season.)
• Finished with hot home baked garlic bread

3rd Portion: 

Choice of one of the following:

• Chocolate Pie,
• Mini Flower Mounds.
• Or Cannoli
